IT networks are very complex systems. Understanding how they work requires intimate knowledge of a huge range of different subjects, from cabling and network design through networking protocols, switches and routers and on to hardware, operating systems and applications.

We provide a range of consultancy services such as Network Health Checks and our unique "No fix, No fee" troubleshooting service that enable organisations to benefit from over a decade of experience in the networking arena. As well as the usual Microsoft systems and applications, we have a lot of experience in Disaster Recovery planning and preparation, Microsoft, Novell systems, Thin Client solutions, Virtual Private Networks and network security.

Prior to any on-site work being carried out, one of our Consultants will help plan the implementation of your new system so that everything runs smoothly. If your new system requires new or additional hardware they will have already liaised with the Technical Services Manager, at a pre-installation meeting prior to attending site.

On day one of the consultation process, we liase with you to plan the implementation timescales, training dates and the final go-live day. At all stages of the implementation, you will have contact with your dedicated advisor who will record and feedback the progress of the installation to meet your implementation deadline.

Prior to the go-live day, a visit by one of our Consultants is made to ensure both parties are happy with the training and implementation and that all targets have been met, ready for the final phase.

Following the go-live day of your new system your dedicated Consultant will be in contact, along with our Support Team to assist with any queries as users become fully familiar with the new system.

At a later date, a Post Installation Survey is completed by our Sales Director to ensure complete satisfaction at all stages.

Facilities Management

With the increase in dependency on IT, many businesses need extra support running their computer networks and carrying out the day-to-day upkeep of their systems. While it can be very hard to justify a full time IT manager, it may simply need a few hours per month of attention from one of our Network Engineers.

Our Facilities Management Service can be totally tailored to your exact needs, and you can draw off time as you need it. This could range from tidying up unwanted files on your network, adding new users, or could involve more comprehensive work such as implementing new software or keeping remote user's laptops up-to-date.
