The Computer Networking Systems Technical Services Team

Our Technical Services Team is headed up by Technical Director Tony Pearson. Tony is responsible for managing the Hardware team of Engineers, as well as involvement in consultancy and customer installation. His extensive knowledge and over 10 years experience are the ideal combination for this important role. Tony is Microsoft, Citrix, Avaya and Pervasive qualified.

Hardware Installations Team

Jonathan Pearson is an A+, Microsoft and Avaya Qualified Professional. As our Senior Installations Engineer he oversees and carries out customer installations. He is also qualified in supporting Sophos Anti-Virus Software, IntY Internet Servers and installations of Avaya IP Phone Systems.

Peter Richardson is our A+ and Microsoft Certified Network Installation Engineer specialising in Network Installations, as well as working along side our Hardware Support Team. Pete has been with HBP Systems since the year 2000.

Hardware Support Team

Craig Bird is our Novell Accredited Service Engineer who specialises in supporting and maintaining Novell and Microsoft networks and systems.

Ritchie Chappell is one of our Microsoft Qualified Service Engineers, and is responsible for supporting and maintaining customers Novell and Microsoft networks, and also specialises in Blackberry installations.

Stephen Harman is the latest addition to our team, and comes to us with 10 years experience in IT and network support. Stephen is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is working towards his Degree in Computer Science.

James Kelly is our Junior Service Engineer. He is a qualified Cisco Engineer and is responsible for supporting customers' Microsoft networks. James is working towards his Cisco CCNP certification as well as achieving OCR levels II, III and IV in IT Practitioning.

In-House Support Team

Andrew Palmer is our dedicated First Line Support. He will always be there to take your call and schedule jobs. He will deal with any hardware problems either over the 'phone or by remote support. Andy is Cisco CCNA Qualified.

Andy Bolton is our Second Line dedicated support; He too will deal with any hardware problems over the 'phone or by remote support, as well as looking after our web server support. Andy is A+ and Microsoft Certified.

All HBP Systems Engineers are Sophos and IntY accredited
